I'm from Kyoto, so I wasn't familiar with Fuchu's okonomiyaki, but I absolutely loved it. I prefer Fuchuyaki to the Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki in Hiroshima city. Even in Kyoto, I see okonomiyaki shops run by people from Hiroshima, but I have never seen Fuchuyaki. I want Fuchuyaki to be expanded nationwide. I forget the price, but it was very cheap.
