Tsuyama, Okayama, Japan｜Izakaya Jingasa

Tsuyama, our last meal here is hormone udon! It was voluminous and delicious, but I was even more pleased with the kindness of the staff. Until the very end when I left the store, I kept asking myself over and over again to be careful and to come visit Tsuyama again. thank you very much!

I arrived at Tsuyama the night before, so I arrived at the station around 8:30 pm and slipped in to meet Mr. Jinkasa, whom I had researched in advance. I ordered the hormone udon (@1,000 yen) that I wanted. There were a lot of different parts of offal, and the combination with the sweet and spicy sauce made for a delicious fried udon.

We are open from morning till night! When I miss lunch, I rush in around 3:30pm because I'm hungry. Hormone yakisoba with the sweet flavor of hormones♪ If you eat it while pouring it on, you'll want to drink it! The miso soup on the side has a gentle taste that will soothe you♪
