Dropped by this place for lunch between the way to bell tower. Ordered Set B which includes yakisoba and okonomiyaki (japanese pizza.) I told woman staff that I’m not japanese so she cooked okonoyaki on flat pan at the table for me. Place and taste gave me some kind of homey vibe like eating at granny’s place. Price is super affordable.

Women Boss is very nice, have to do tenpenyaki by yourself, but I enjoy the process so much, great taste and cheap price, highly recommended

Monjayaki was delicious 😋 It was my first time having monjayaki, and the offerings here did not disappoint. Slightly runny, perfect combination of flavors, and made in front of you. The right sizes for sharing. The yakisoba was perfect, not too greasy and flavorful. Frequented by locals and off the tourist path, this restaurant has a homey atmosphere. The sweet old lady who owns it brings the place together. Recommend visiting if you're in Kawagoe and want a more lowkey place to eat. Would definitely visit again!
