I feel like a teppanyaki restaurant with the best atmosphere in Isesaki City🙄 I'm happy to be able to eat Hiroshima-yaki 💓 My wife who took me for the first time was also very happy✨ Perfect for a date ❤️👍

I really wanted to eat okonomiyaki, so I visited on a Saturday weekend. At 6:30, P was waiting for 5 groups, but I really wanted to eat at Yakibee, so I waited. Guided around 7:30. I may have waited because I had designated a seat where the takoyaki was grilled. Since I had to drive, I ordered non-alcoholic 🍺, yakibeemonja, pickles, modern yaki, and takoyaki on my tablet. Yakibee Monja has a lot of seafood! I wanted to eat this! I went there because I wanted to eat okonomiyaki, but when I looked at what I ordered, there was no okonomiyaki lol The homemade pixles had colorful vegetables that were well pickled, and the sourness was just right for a snack. I didn't ask for anything for modern grilling, but they grilled it for me in the kitchen. Baking your own takoyaki is fun, delicious, and awesome! ! I thought that the reason why the inside was soft even though it was browned was because the dough was distributed well. Anyway, everything was delicious and I felt satisfied.

The ceiling speakers at Yakibee, a monja and okonomiyaki restaurant in Isesaki City, Gunma Prefecture, are common BOSE ceiling-mounted speakers. I could hear the rhythm from the bass line and bass drum, which is almost inaudible as it is. Perhaps because there is no sense of distortion, even when the VOL was turned up, it did not interfere with the conversation of the four people around the grill, and the conversation was carried out in normal voices. I wouldn't mind saying that the EMC design is as surprising as, or even more surprising than, the sense of mass of the sound and the clarity from the projector. The designer also made the hickory wooden head shell himself. Mr. M, who once visited our music room with Akoriyaba president Ishiguro and Mr. Kobayashi, produced the in-store sound. The in-store acoustics were produced by Acoustic Revive. Monja and Okonomiyaki. This is the store. There are plenty of restaurants that have BOSE installed in the ceiling. If you don't know the bass rhythm instruments, you won't be able to understand the overtones of the bows of string instruments, the cymbal work of the drummer, or the hi-hat work that The Police drummer Stewart Copeland is good at, for example. Basically, it sounds like a radio. Both of these are clearly clear. It had already received a reputation for sound quality, even to my ears in Nagano. Therefore, I requested that the Acoliba Ishiguro Residence be the venue for the dinner and the launch after the audition. The amplifier is Sound House's CLASSIC PRO / CP4200 4-channel power amplifier 598, which is a professional low-cost model (excuse me) that costs less than 100,000 yen. Having used Toman power amplifiers with the same concept without any complaints, I felt a sense of familiarity, or rather, I introduced myself to the master here. If you look at the back of the amplifier, you will see that the power cable, line cable, and speaker cable are Acolyba's cheapest SPC-REFERENCE, which has an air insulation structure and is sold separately. The SPC-REFERENCE-TripleC (PC- It was TripleC (single line). There were about 10 BOSE lights embedded in the ceiling of the store, which can accommodate over 30 people. In addition, there is also the company's subwoofer. From a former drummer's perspective "The rhythm reproduction ability of this ceiling speaker is sufficient for listening to bass drums (bass drums) and electric basses (electric bass). I've never heard anything like this before from this BOSE!" I said this to professional DJs and Acolyba President Ishiguro. Probably the speaker cables that are sold at ordinary home centers by electrical contractors have a big influence. This may be the biggest surprise of this time, as you can clearly hear the rhythm of scale movement (pitch movement) from that full-range BOSE. The store manager also said the same thing (lol). ``When I replaced the cables with Acolyba cables, the sound quality was completely different, and listening to music at a store is more pleasant than listening to music in the car or at home.'' Of course, Acori Refining is done inside the amplifier in addition to parts replacement (our Toman also has Kiyoseki treatment and carbon treatment done). To avoid any misunderstanding, Mr. M, who produced the entire store, and President Akoliba did not recommend BOSE as the store's BGM speakers, so there was such information at the entrance and inside the store. In addition to the sauces, the store also had a strong cultural flavor, with many of the photographic works of Mr. M's older brother, who is active as a professional photographer mainly in New York, on display. Tomorrow, I will report on Isesaki Monjayaki, etc., and the food and drinks are delicious, so it will be delicious again. Gunma prefecture, along with Nagano prefecture, has many hot springs. If you are traveling by car, you can include this as a dinner while sightseeing in Gunma, such as hot springs. After all, the coin parking lot right in front of Isesaki Station is not only 100 yen for an hour, but 200 yen for 24 hours (lol). Apparently the hotel is near the store. Below is the food report. It wasn't until this year that I learned that in addition to Tsukishima in Tokyo, Isesaki City in Gunma Prefecture had also invented its own monja. I got to know about him after I saw him on Acoustic Revive's FB page, where he produced the in-store acoustics for ``Yakibee'' in Isesaki City, which sells everything from monjayaki to okonomiyaki to modern yaki. According to Akoriba's president Ishiguro, when he was a child, at stores such as candy stores, he would sell items for children who were hungry but didn't have money for around 20 yen (200 yen based on today's monetary value). It seems like it is. No meat or seafood, just flour mixed with cabbage. It seems that Isesaki's style is to mix in the sauce and the secret ingredient, strawberry syrup for shaved ice. Add curry powder to your liking. Nowadays, everyone is an adult who has a reasonable amount of money, so there is no need to eat such a monja without any ingredients, but he is a hot spring lover who has visited the music room twice with Akoriba president Ishiguro and others, and has enjoyed many of the Shinshu hot springs in the neighboring prefecture. Mr. M, who is here, asked for Genji Isesaki Monja sprinkled with curry powder, which is not on the restaurant's menu. The sauce is different from the sweet Kansai sauce and the Hiroshimayaki Otafuku sauce, with a slightly spicy secret ingredient and soy sauce? This alone is definitely delicious! Especially if the child is hungry and has eaten a lot. Come to think of it, Gunma Prefecture is also famous for its udon noodles, so wheat must have been cultivated there for a long time. This is a monja that is rich in luxurious seafood such as shrimp and squid. I've only eaten at Tsukishima once, and I've eaten plenty of okonomiyaki (including green onion), modern yaki, and squid yaki (in the basement of Hankyu Department Store?) both in Kobe and Osaka, where I lived, but I can only count the number of monja. I only have experience. So, the only cooking method I could talk about was to make a bank out of shredded cabbage, pour the flour polishing liquid inside, and once it hardened, mix it and bake it. At Yakibee-san in Isesaki City, President Ishiguro uses the same large spatula as in Kansai and Tsukishima to chop cabbage and other toppings into hamburger steaks. He paid close attention to the details of the size. I'm just guessing, but as seafood such as a squid, a small shrimp, and a shellfish are shredded using this process, the soup stock mixes with the flour and cabbage, making it incredibly delicious. Sprinkling baby star ramen at the end is something I haven't experienced at Tsukishima. In addition to this modern grill, the half-cooked fried egg seasoned with truffle powder and grilled is also delicious. When it comes to eating and drinking while sightseeing in Gunma, I personally recommend this Yakibee Monja with its interior acoustics over Mizusawa udon which is expensive and not eaten by many locals.
