More Comments at Google MapI used to go there often when it was on Kawagoe Kaido, but this is my first visit since the move! Went for lunch on a weekday. As you can see in the photo, the weekday lunch menu is a great deal! Change the dessert to mini yakisoba and it will be enough for two adults! While there are fewer and fewer authentic restaurants, Waizu-san is a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Teppanyaki. Okonomiyaki is fluffy! Monjamo has lots of ingredients and the seasoning is great! There is a wide selection of meat on the menu, so those who enjoy Teppanyaki will be satisfied. The occupancy was good, and the atmosphere inside the store after the move was modern and relaxing. A table is provided to place the plates after use, making the table more spacious. I felt that it was a wonderful consideration. If I could ask for just one thing, The garbage bag was empty, so I would appreciate it if you could replenish it. I'll visit you again!
The Miyoshi store will be relocated and open in Fujimino in 2023. Waizu's okonomiyaki has a fluffy texture that even an amateur can cook. It doesn't feel dry like other okonomiyaki chain restaurants, and the move from Miyoshi is more convenient and welcome. It's located on Fujimino Ekimae-dori Street, and perhaps because it's within walking distance, I've seen students from nearby high schools stop by on their way home and enjoy a meal. A sight that I had never seen before when I was working at the Miyoshi store. Many menu items cost less than 1,000 yen per person, so even if you order three dishes to fill your stomach, you'll only need to spend around 1,500 yen per person. Toppings such as rice cake, cheese, and grated garlic are also available, and you can customize them as well. I always order the toppings listed above and recommend them. P.S.: Okonomiyaki with a variety of toppings can easily break if you are not used to grilling, so if you sprinkle the cheese topping on the griddle and then place the okonomiyaki batter on top of it, it will act as a binder. It will harden and be easier to turn over. The change at the new store is that the sauce, green seaweed, and dried bonito flakes are now individually wrapped. Considering the food terrorism that has caused a stir in the world, the risk would probably be reduced, but the sauce has a large capacity due to its frequency of use, so when dividing it into portions, it must be placed in a leaning position to prevent the remaining bag from spilling. Inconvenient. P.S.: These trash bags were placed in a box on the table, so please take advantage of them. In the days of the Miyoshi store, the table was basically large for six people, but with four people it felt cramped, and if we ordered all at once, we might not be able to fit all the food on the table, so we limited ourselves to only two dishes, and from then on we started grilling. It might be a good idea to add it while you're at it. The plate of Yakisoba is especially large. The store is on the second floor, but please note that there is no elevator. The parking lot cannot be accessed from Ekimae Dori, so go around the nearest intersection and go to the coin parking lot next to the store. If you use your meal, you can get a card that gives you two hours free at the store.
This was my first visit since the store moved. The store is on the second floor, and the inside of the store has a bright and clean feel! ! It was lunchtime on a weekday, so I got the lunch set! There were two types of lunches, one with dessert was reasonably priced at around 1,100 yen, and the other was around 1,300 yen with a choice of dessert or yakisoba. Of course, drinks and salad are included. I ended up having okonomiyaki + yakisoba and was really full, but the taste was still great✨✨✨ I was a little disappointed that the sauces on the table had been changed to single-use types, and the bonito flakes had also been replaced with single-use types.
