I heard that your husband has been making okonomiyaki for 37 years. A friend who lived in Nishikawaguchi 30 years ago recommended it to me, saying it was cheap and very delicious, so I stopped by. I've been to many famous restaurants in Hiroshima city, but Shamoji-san's okonomiyaki was by far the best I've had in the past, combined with the atmosphere of the restaurant and the personality of the owner. If I come to Nishikawaguchi again for work, I will drop by.

This is a shop run by an elderly master. When I visited on Sunday, someone who appeared to be a grandchild and his wife were helping out along the way. The okonomiyaki, oyster butter, and grilled squid were all excellent. After drinking all the beers, I had the Master's highly recommended Setouchi Lemon Sour, which was refreshing and perfect for the meal. When I paid the bill, I was surprised to find that it was 30% or 40% cheaper than I expected. The restaurant has an old-fashioned appearance, and Frank Master speaks the Hiroshima dialect, so it may not be suitable for those who are looking for customer service like a chain restaurant, but personally, I was very satisfied with the food, the price, and the master's personality!
