The staff were all kind and the monja and okonomiyaki (fluffy) were very delicious 😀👍 We were able to prevent infection, so we were able to enjoy our meals slowly and with peace of mind. Visited on July 1, R4 Because it was reopened I went to eat a hamburger steak at lunchtime. It's fun to grill a large 200g hamburger steak yourself. To steam-fry on a griddle Comes with a lid to cover. It's great that you can cook it to your liking. A special demi-glace sauce is also available. You can see how serious Dotonbori is. I took the opportunity to add mayonnaise for okonomiyaki and found that it went well with demi-glace sauce. Next time, I'm going to try adding okonomiyaki sauce, mayo, and green seaweed to make an okonomiyaki-style hamburger steak.

It's wonderful that you can eat it right away without waiting at all even at lunchtime! And the potato butter okonomiyaki is the best! 🍻
