This popular restaurant, located about 20 minutes walk from Fukiage Station, serves fries, a local gourmet dish from northern Saitama. It gets very crowded on holidays and lunchtime, but when I visited on Saturday at 2:00 pm, the crowd had calmed down and I was able to order smoothly. I ordered ``fries (small)'' and ``yakisoba (small)'' and took a seat at an empty seat. In particular, ``Yakisoba'' is small but has a lot of volume.

Also, hot tea and cold water are self-serving 🎵 You will be handed a number tag and handed over the tag after meals to pay. You can also take out 🎵 A few people skillfully cook and serve, and the inside of the store has a simple layout of table seats. It feels like eating quickly and leaving. Parking is also free.

The store is filled with customers one after another (the phone never stops ringing, and many people make reservations over the phone and take them home). It's a local gourmet. Yakisoba 400 yen is appreciated.
