Koshigaya, Saitama, Japan｜お好焼いなか

I'd been wanting to go here for a while as I can't find many good okonomiyaki restaurants in the area. We went on a Saturday night and I was a bit disappointed when I saw that the car park was packed. I imagined it would be really noisy. Thankfully, that wasn't the case and we could enjoy a great evening without having to shout over other customers. The interior is very cool and resembles a ryokan. Dining areas are well partitioned, so you have a modicum of privacy. The grill was clean and the food was good. It's not going to blow your socks off, but it was very tasty. As well as okonomiyaki in some interesting set combinations, they also have a few side dishes and desserts. The staff were cheerful and efficient. We did have to wait longer than I'd expect for some things, but as I said it was very busy. No big deal. I managed not to burn anything, and left feeling very full. We'll definitely be coming back.

It was my first visit since I was interested in it for a long time, but I liked it even more. I like it because it looks like a hideaway or a Japanese restaurant. Beer is served with Akahoshi, and the simmered offal is also excellent! Definitely top level. Of course, the various menus such as okonomiyaki and monja are also wonderful. The only minus is the location of the shop is very remote. However, if you come by car, there is a parking lot, so there is no problem. The station is far away and there is no bus stop nearby. If you're going to drink alcohol, ask someone in Shimodo to go by car, taxi, or agent. A shop that is so good that people who live nearby would envy you. I asked my son to drive this time, but I would like to repeat when it is convenient for my son.

Completely private room with good atmosphere. However, the price is surprisingly reasonable.
