While looking at the menu and looking at the various toppings, I ordered the Kiyomori-yaki (1000 yen), which was labeled as Hiroshima Nodo's standard. After a while, piping hot okonomiyaki was brought out on a griddle. When I poured my favorite mayonnaise all over it and stuffed it into my mouth, the scent of green onions, sweet cabbage, and fried squid spread throughout my mouth, making it an exquisite okonomiyaki that lived up to its name. On the way, my wife gave me red pickled ginger, and it was also delicious when eaten with red pickled ginger. My wife, who went with me, enjoyed it with a draft beer, and the owner was so kind as to serve her a cold drink after she finished eating. The customer service was also outstanding. Next time, I would like to go there at night and try some snacks.
