Koshu, Yamanashi, Japan｜甲州たこ焼き 道（キッチンカー）

Saw this place on TV and had to come here. Drove 4 hours and it was totally worth it! Homemade takoyaki including homemade mayonnaise sauce! Absolutely delicious food and a really friendly couple who runs the place. Ask them where they're from and why they moved to Yamanashi! Wish I could go back here every week!

I saw it on TV before, I went for a drive🚗 ³₃ beginning, I chose Osaka Takoyaki, I couldn't throw away the Koshu takoyaki either so I ordered two. There were 10 of them and I thought I would be able to eat all of them, but they were so delicious that they were all gone in no time (lol)😅 Buying Koshu Takoyaki was the answer🐙 It was really delicious 😋

I've known about its existence for quite some time, but this is my first visit! You can eat inside the restaurant, but for some reason the chairs are used for outdoor activities (lol), so you can feel the outdoors even though you're inside the restaurant! Takoyaki is similar to Osaka Takoyaki! It's crispy on the outside and melty on the inside, so it's hot. This time I ate Koshu takoyaki. Mayonnaise with wine salt and mustard for seasoning. Eating takoyaki with salt is novel! And delicious! I don't know if there was a previous customer, but it took time, but please provide freshly made. It's a Kansai-style takoyaki that is hard to eat because it's not a Kanto-style takoyaki (Gin○ko) that has a solid inside! I wonder if I'll try to eat and compare! You can use PayPay! It seems that the parking lot is a vacant lot on the opposite side of the road!
