Visited on weekdays at 7pm. I didn't have a reservation, but they happily accepted me. However, I think it's best to make a reservation since the store isn't that big. Both okonomiyaki and modern yaki were delicious! We recommend eating at the counter, as just having your food cooked right in front of you will get you excited! Hand-crafted by a chef? Okonomiyaki is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. It's probably the most delicious thing I've ever eaten. It's a little different from the Hiroshima style I've eaten so far.
