This is an okonomiyaki restaurant that has been around for a long time and is full of atmosphere. You can't make reservations, so when I go to Imaike barhopping, I always look outside the bar and go in if there's a seat available. So, in my case, I usually order some stir-fried vegetables and enjoy some snacks while drinking alcohol. Usually these shops only serve beer and sake, but Imaike-ya also sells wine, which is nice. Teppanyaki is delicious in its own way, but it's more of a restaurant where you can enjoy the downtown atmosphere.

There is an atmosphere that makes it difficult to enter a private okonomiyaki restaurant, but the sound and aroma of teppanyaki makes it stand out. There are about 4 table seats and 2 tatami mats. Okonomiyaki starts at 600 yen, and yakisoba starts at 700 yen. It's not a self-service, but a shop-baked style. Put the meat ball on yourself with the finishing sauce. The mayonnaise has a vague taste. I've been eating this okonomiyaki all the time, so it's been a long time since I've had a simple okonomiyaki. Tastes great even without mayonnaise! (↑I don't know if they gave me one if I asked. There were no dried bonito flakes or seaweed.) Yakisoba is squid soba. He brought it to me on a plate, and I put it on the iron plate again and enjoyed the sound and sight. You can enjoy it in two ways, either as it is with salty soba or with your favorite sauce.
