It should take around 20 minutes from ordering to baking, so please give yourself plenty of time.

This shop is run by a very particular manager who trained at a shop in Hiroshima city. First visit after finishing business around Nagoya station. It's a nice to meet you shop, so I ordered meat ball soba without adventuring. The cabbage has just the right amount of sweetness and is fluffy when grilled. After layering the soba noodles, the noodles, cabbage, and the whole dough will be fluffy and fluffy! And the sauce is Otafuku sauce! Many people may disagree, but for me, Okonomiyaki is Otafuku sauce! I can't do the handed sauce, but it's a matter of mood. It has a gentle taste that is as good as the salty-sweet Otafuku sauce, with the sweetness of the cabbage. Delicious, isn't it? really like!
