Search for an okonomiyaki restaurant where you can stop by for lunch on your way back from climbing Mt. Kamiishi. I found out that this store was located along the highway, so I went there for the first time. There was an okonomiyaki with oysters on the okonomiyaki menu, so I thought it would be seasonal and ordered it. The okonomiyaki dough was fluffy and the cabbage was crunchy, making it feel exactly like okonomiyaki. The sauce was delicious, neither sweet nor spicy. Tea service is also available. Next time I come, I would like to try the yakisoba. This time, it's a seafood mix for yakisoba. The chewy noodles have a nice flavor with the bonito powder. The seafood scallops, shrimp, and squid also had individual flavors and were overall well-balanced and delicious. This time, modern grilled squid and balls. The okonomiyaki part was plump and the cabbage was soft. Yakisoba noodles are soft while still being chewy. The fried noodles are coated with eggs, and topped with a sauce that has just the right amount of sweetness. Mayonnaise is optional. It was delicious this time too.

On Tuesday, May 17, 2022, I received Tonpeiyaki (miso soup set) ¥1,100 (tax included). One of the items on the menu is tonpeiyaki, but I always order it with the miso soup set. The combination of pork and beaten egg goes perfectly with the special sauce, mayonnaise, and seaweed, making it very delicious (^^)

I went to "Tekkichi" looking for a teppanyaki restaurant where I could relax with everyone at work. The atmosphere is more like an izakaya than a restaurant, and there is a wide variety of grilled dishes, and each item on the menu is a masterpiece that will please those who drink alcohol! Even those who don't drink can enjoy ordering yakisoba, okonomiyaki, and trying monjayaki. I also have colleagues who have children in the lower grades of elementary school. ``I thought it would be dangerous because there was an iron plate right in front of me, but it looks like it will be safe if I bring my kids next time.'' And it was already a favorite. Since they were serving lunch at noon, I thought it would be okay to come and eat alone. This time, we had a meal with 5 adults sitting around a table, but I think 4 people would be perfect! There are also table seats, so if you are concerned about your knees or lower back, you can sit there. I asked for everything I wanted on my first visit, so I was exhausted both on the iron plate and at the table, but next time I wanted to take a slower pace and stay longer.
