I personally got the takoyaki from Takoya Dotonbori Kukuru, which is my favorite takoyaki restaurant because it's delicious and reasonably priced. The takoyaki dough is fluffy, but the inside is soft and chewy, so when you mumble the takoyaki, the dough and sauce mix together and spread throughout, turning your already piping hot mouth into a solid takoyaki. Meanwhile, when you reach the octopus, you can enjoy the texture changing from fluffy to plump. This octopus was a large cut that was filling enough to eat, but it was also soft, so the more I bit into it, the more I felt satisfied. The regular sauce has a rich, sweet-salty taste that goes perfectly with the octopus. By the way, the sweetness has a slightly fruity feel to it, and its appetizing aroma will make your stomach grow impatient when you take it home...be careful! ! The melty and rich double cheese takoyaki is a combination of rich red cheddar cheese and melting creamy cheese, and the dough is wrapped in a generous amount of cheese sauce, making it an irresistible dish for cheese lovers. I did. Furthermore, the crunchy Pride Bacon-style topping added a fun texture to the dish, and this unmistakable combination was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating it, and I ended up devouring it all in one go. Yuzu smells! The delicious spicy bonito takoyaki has a little bit of spicy bonito on top that seems to have been slowly simmered in a secret sauce, and the umami-concentrated yuzu has a scent that passes through your nose when you put it in your mouth... The texture was mellowed by the mayonnaise, and combined with the sizzling takoyaki batter, it was very flavorful and delicious.

The soy sauce-flavored Takumi version is delicious with diced yam. However, it will take some time as it will be baked after the order is placed. Of course, the regular sauce flavor is also fluffy and delicious. Honestly, I wish there were more of them than Gindako.
