Seto, Aichi, Japan｜Hoyahoya

I have been coming here frequently for over 6 years, ever since the days when table seats were tatami rooms. I only visit during lunch time, and I have never ordered anything other than set B...I would like to visit in the evening as well, but I apologize for having to visit on a business trip basis. Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki made with crispy Isono noodles and local Seto noodles is irresistibly delicious.I often travel to Hiroshima for business, and it is a truly delicious okonomiyaki that is in no way inferior to the local okonomiyaki. Best of all, with Set B, there is no limit to the amount of noodles you can add (=However, if you increase the amount, you can't use Isono noodles or Seto noodles, and it will be regular yakisoba), depending on the conditions that day, 4 to 5 I often order balls. I received up to 7 balls, but it was quite tough. The inside of the store is lively and very enjoyable, and the attentiveness of the master and hall staff is very pleasant. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Hiroshima-yaki. You can choose from four types of noodles: Chinese noodles, yakisoba, udon, and setosoba.For shiyakisoba and udon, you can increase the amount of noodles for free. I had the 2 balls of beef tendon deluxe and it was just right.

The Hiroshimayaki was so crispy and delicious! The owner and staff were very friendly and it was a nice shop. I will go again!
