There is a delicious okonomiyaki near Komaki Municipal Stadium. There is a popular shop in a quiet place on a hill, not in the city. It has been around for a long time, but there were times when it was full and I couldn't enter. I wanted to eat okonomiyaki for the first time in a while, so I decided to visit. I had an image of a busy shop, so I headed there right after it opened for lunch. Parking is secured on site. I was the first to arrive. A red curtain in a Japanese-style building. Kuroge Wagyu beef served on an iron plate is also quite delicious. Okonomiyaki can be grilled and served, but since it's a big deal, I decided to bake it myself. Modern-yaki is made with green onions, squid, and soba noodles. The large green onions are delicious. Normally, modern yaki is fried thinly and folded with noodles sandwiched together, but since I had to grill some supermarket noodles next door, I baked it compactly. Special mustard mayonnaise with 2 kinds of tofu sauce. Kodanuki's special mayonnaise is delicious! Delicious mayonnaise with a sweetness similar to mayonnaise from a popular takoyaki shop in Kasugai next door. The sourness is very low and the taste is light, and the spiciness of the mustard is moderate, so it's irresistible to have it topped with plenty of mayonnaise. The Super Donmonja is topped with pork, squid, cheese, bacon, scallops, oysters, shrimp, soba noodles, and mentaiko. Lightly stir-fry the ingredients to make a donut-shaped ring and pour the base into it. Let it simmer for a while, then mix and spread. When it's cooked to your liking, use a small spatula specifically designed for monja to press down on it. Monjayaki after a long time is very delicious death. It's been a long time since Kodanuki-san, and I had a leisurely lunch because it was more empty than I expected. It was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.
