Tateyama, Chiba, Japan｜Tonbo Teppanyaki Restaurant

I went around 5:30pm. No customers. Sometimes I want to have a professional bake it for me, but they don't do it for me. There are no other customers! What's more, even though there were no customers, I was told that there was a 2-hour time limit. I understand if it's crowded, but this was the first time I heard this in a store with no one around! A customer came after that, but was this in anticipation? I set it up as a tatami room, but it's not a horigotatsu, so my legs hurt. There's a gas line under the table, so I can't stretch my legs. The taste is quite normal! I don't think there is anything particularly delicious about okonomiyaki! After all, sauce and mayonnaise are the seasonings! ︎ I often go to Dotonbori, but I feel like there aren't many connections here. Maybe it's because I'm bad at it, but it doesn't feel fluffy. Is that what it is? Are you being stingy with yams?

There were many delicious teppanyaki menus, not just okonomiyaki and monja. The restaurant will cook it for you well, so it's safe for people who can't bake it themselves. Even on weekdays, it is crowded with customers during dinner time, so it might be better to make a reservation😋

Cut steak is delicious for the price 🎵 Both monjayaki and okonomiyaki are delicious. He looks like an unfriendly master, but when he talks to him, he seems to be just shy😅
