After researching nearby restaurants, I found a yakisoba restaurant. The store is small, but there is a parking lot next to the store. When I entered the room, I was greeted by a polite mother. Dad showed up late. When I looked at the menu, there was fried noodles. Yakisoba that I wanted to try. Order the fried noodles for 600 yen for a large size + 50 yen with egg. Measures against new infections are also in place. While I was waiting, they brought me spicy konjac stew and lemon for fried noodles. While I was waiting, I looked it up and found that furaito is a crepe-like thing similar to okonomiyaki. It will be transported soon. It's bigger than I expected! It almost covers a large serving of yakisoba. Unlike okonomiyaki, it has a sticky texture that goes well with yakisoba. Top with spicy sauce and sprinkle with lemon. I've never tried lemon with yakisoba, but the combination with fried yakisoba is excellent. This is delicious! At first I thought he was quiet, but I started talking with him, and it has been 11 years since I opened the store in Tateyama.As it is a small store, many people pass by and I get inquiries. I ate slowly while talking, so the portion was already quite large, but I was even more full and satisfied. It became a good memory of my wish. Yakitori also has sweet flavors. Jelly fries are not available in the summer, so I'm thinking of going back when the weather gets cooler, and it was a great meal.

The owner is a lovely couple and a friendly person. This time, I ordered a large serving of fried yakisoba with eggs. Eggs were mixed in the dough and it was fluffy. It is seasoned with a sweet sauce so that children can eat it, but there is a black pepper sauce on the table to make it spicy, so you can eat it until the end. It was delicious and finished. I had the opportunity to talk with two regular customers who were working at the reception desk of the Akayama underground bunker. These people were also very bright and friendly. It is a cozy shop loved by locals. I will send it again.
