I heard that you can eat authentic Hiroshima okonomiyaki made by a person from Hiroshima, so I ordered takeout. The balance of dough, noodles, and sauce is the best! It was very delicious! Also, it was cut to just the right size and was easy to eat. Apparently they also have Hiroshima alcohol, so next time I'd like to relax and enjoy it at the store.

After living in Chiba, I ate Hiroshima okonomiyaki at several restaurants, but finally I found a delicious okonomiyaki. Master and wife from Hiroshima.
