Today, I made a phone reservation for an extra-large yakisoba to take out (the photo below is a regular serving for one person). It's so delicious. It seems that it is only takeout from around August. From 11:00 to 13:00. On days off, it fills up quickly until around 12:00.

Simple yakisoba and very delicious. You can also change the flavor to your liking with sauce, pepper, and shichimi on the table. There are many take-out customers, and there may be an hour wait.

I had it as takeout. Yakisoba has thin noodles and an old-fashioned feel. At first bite, I felt the sauce had a strong sour taste, but as I continued to eat it, I started to notice the sweetness and umami, and it was very delicious. I thought the amount of fat was too strong at first, but as I continued to eat it, I didn't notice it. In fact, it's just right. There was no aftertaste that was just greasy. The store is difficult to find and is located on a one-way street. The letters on the signboard (?) are also faded, so it may be difficult for first-time visitors to find it.
