A takoyaki specialty store located on the 1st floor of Apita Sawara Higashi store. On Saturdays and Sundays, there can be long lines, but on the Friday evening I go, it's relatively empty. There is an eat-in space inside the store, but there are only two tables, so it's more of a waiting area (rather than a dining area). The selling point of Gindara is that it is ``crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside,'' but unfortunately, the ``Danran Pack'' that I always buy is already soft on the outside and inside by the time I get it home. The cause seems to be that the steam generated does not escape properly from the box and is trapped inside. I have no complaints about the taste, so I would like this point to be improved.
