Matsusaka, Mie, Japan｜Inagaki

Fantastic little spot to get Okonimiyaki and all kinds of other deliciousness. My wife and I don't speak much Japanese but we were able to easily figure out the menu using Google translate, and the staff were extremely friendly and patient with us. My wife is actually vegetarian, and they were happy to accommodate, even though there was no specific veg option on the menu. It's very easy to get up frog the station so I highly recommend checking it out if you happen to be in town! Oishii!

There were still some empty tables at 11:30 p.m. on weekdays, but they filled up by 12:00. I just popped in and the pork and squid okonomiyaki was delicious. The cabbage is large, sweet, and fluffy. The Modern Yaki is packed with filling and satisfying to eat. The style is to add the sauce yourself. Yakisoba seems to be delicious, so I'll try it next time.

I ordered yakisoba based on everyone's delicious information. I had half of it as is, and the rest was bonito and green seaweed mayonnaise, and it was delicious with lots of toppings. The cheese takoyaki was shared between three people and was fluffy and delicious.
