Hiroshima, Japan｜Okonomiyaki Junior

The environment, food, and experience were amazing! The best Okonomiyaki I've ever had! We were very lucky because we walked by on a Saturday night and there were a couple empty seats and we didn't have to wait. The food and drinks are extremely reasonably priced and very filling. The chef was very hospitable and funny. Watching him put together the pancakes was entertaining and impressive. Eating here reminded me of a place you would see in a movie, but better. I highly recommend it!

Honestly one of my favorite food in Japan. It's a small shack with about 8-10 places, which make it super fun and friendly. The chef makes the food right in front of you, and boy oh boy is it impressive. I had the Hiroshima style okpnomiyaki. Just Wow. The care and attention that he bring to this dish is amazing. Not to much sauce, and LOTS of fresh ingredients. You just need to be patient, cause it takes some time to get prepared (about 40min). Absolutely worth it !!!

Amazing Okonomiyaki and side dishes like oysters and brisket. Truly a hidden gem and engaging and very accommodating owner cum one man show 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
