One of the best Korean Bbq restaurant ever. Not only, ther food is delicious, the staff are amazing. They welcomed my friends and I with a warm heart. I will definitely come back when I will visit Yokohama!

I had high expectations based on the store's appearance, but it was delicious and I wasn't disappointed! ︎ The thick upper tongue is soft enough to bite into. ``Tokaien'' is a yakiniku restaurant located in Matsumoto-cho, right next to Yokohama Sorimachi Station. A yakiniku restaurant where you can consistently eat high-quality meat with good cost performance. I had a reservation for the same day, but miraculously I was able to get in. If it's late on weekdays, you might be able to walk in. Since we arrived at 8:00 pm, some parts were sold out, but we ordered the menu below. ~Order details~ ◉Tanshio ¥1,100 ◉Top skirt steak ¥1,980 ◉Beef Yukhoe ¥1,100 ◉Top loin ¥1,760 ◉Kalbi with bone ¥1,980 ◉Cold noodles ¥1,100 Among the dishes I received this time, my favorites were the ``upper skirt steak'' and the ``bone-in ribs.'' The upper skirt steak is thick and has a crisp, crunchy texture with a strong meat flavor. Tokaien's sauce is very delicious, which brings out the charm of the meat even more. Bone-in short ribs have little fat and are quite easy to eat. It's soaked in momi sauce, but it's even more delicious when you eat it with our special spicy chive sauce. This is a good old yakiniku restaurant. It is recommended.
