About 5 minutes walk from Hachioji Station. I decided to splurge once in a while, so I went to Jin! ! I usually go to all-you-can-eat or cheap yakiniku restaurants, so when I looked at the menu, I realized that the price was twice as much as usual. I have high hopes that this will be quite delicious meat! I decided to order one serving of the recommended top portion from the restaurant's signature menu. All of the meat had a beautiful color and the tendons were well-defined. It was difficult for me to know what kind of meat tasted like among ordinary people, but it was so tender. All meat is tender. It's so soft that you don't really have to chew it and it melts in your mouth. . . Is this real Wagyu beef...? ! Eating good meat makes me feel incredibly satisfied. Even though my body was approaching its mid-30s, I was able to do so without feeling weighed down (^^) I also ordered extra premium beef tongue, and it was thickly sliced, tender, and delicious! I don't think I'll ever be able to eat smooth, hard beef tongue again. The seats are not private rooms, but they are separated by rails, so I didn't have to worry about people around me!

I had been to the sister restaurant, Hayabusa, and asked Jin-san if I wanted to eat wagyu beef. It's fun and delicious to eat the skirt steak while chopping it with scissors! The liver was also fresh and delicious. Homemade kimchi is also exceptional.
