Hachioji, Tokyo, Japan｜焼肉 隼

[Posted in September 2020] There are many delicious Yakiniku restaurants in Hachioji, and this is one of them. This is my second visit after making a reservation for the course, which is now open for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays. It's really delicious, the customer service is good, and it's really nice to get extra drinks at the bar. Since there are many rival stores, I guess they are all working hard against each other. Anyway, this is a shop that I can recommend, so please give it a try 👍

◆First visit in November 2021 I was treated to the Hayabusa course (5,500 yen including tax) with all-you-can-drink with a cute junior from my former workplace. Wow, that's amazing meat 👍 I was also very impressed to see that there was an all-you-can-drink option called Red Rabbit. The volume is perfect, with salad, senmai sashimi, three types of tongue, short ribs and skirt steak. Also, the atmosphere inside the store is good, and the staff are kind and polite, so I have no complaints. Due to the trend of the times, it is unavoidable that smoking is prohibited inside the store. I'm feeling excited because I found a nice store😎

It was a yakiniku restaurant with excellent offal grilled in a gas roaster. The Badeka Kalbi that I ate is so powerful that it looks like it will be Instagrammable. Place it on the gas roaster at once, grill it on high heat, and cut it with scissors to enjoy various parts of the ribs. Horumon is just a quick roast, and it smells good. It was a dish that I wanted to eat with rice. It was very delicious, wasn't it?
