Everything is well partitioned and spacious. Sanchin salad is hearty and delicious. Because it's charcoal-fired, the inside of the restaurant tends to get smoky, but charcoal-fired food is still delicious. Of particular note was the special skirt steak, which my wife, who doesn't like the meatiness of skirt steak, said was delicious. You can enjoy the rich flavor of the meat without any bitterness. Steak style is recommended for Shin Shin. They say they don't do it now because they say they are prone to fires. The store opens at 5:00 p.m., but the light on the signboard comes on around 5:30 p.m., which is the signal that the store is opening. It seems like there may be parties or sudden closures, so it would be a good idea to call between 5:00pm and 5:20pm on the day of your visit.

Long-established yakiniku restaurant "Sansui" in Kitadenen, Fussa City The parking lot is next to the store, and numbers 1 to 4 are parking spaces in Sansui. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance as it can be crowded. The inside of the store feels like an old-fashioned yakiniku restaurant, and there is almost a small rise and one table seat. It's a very calming atmosphere for me of the Showa generation. By the way, the one-person kitchen is also handled by one person, so the serving speed is considerably reduced during peak hours. Please come only if you can wait your turn. Recommendations are normal short ribs and Shin Shin Calbi soup, kimchi. Kimchi can also be taken home. Also, the mother has a good personality and the cost performance is good. Now that there is no Wako, it is Fussa's No. 1 yakiniku restaurant.
