Dinner will be served in two shifts, from 5:00 pm and from 7:15 pm. Advance orders are accepted through LINE Reservations, allowing you to order the desired part in advance. It's quite expensive, but they offer high-quality meat that's worth it. Personally, I thought the way the salt was sprinkled was very nice and brought out the deliciousness of the meat even more. The restaurant itself is small and there are only a few seats, so reservations are required.
