I asked for an introduction. The order was left up to the chef, who grilled it for me, and it was no exaggeration to say that I had never eaten such delicious meat before. It was interesting to hear many people talk about the meat as they worked on it with tongs and scissors lined up on the table. The atmosphere inside the store is not formal, so I didn't have to think too hard about what to wear, which was nice.

The meat is great, but the yakiniku show with the owner's tongs and scissors, who goes around the table and grills it, is the best. The proprietress is also kind and loving shop.
