Amazing experience, tasting and learning more about Kagoshima wagyu. Definitely one of the best meat I’ve tried in Japan in over a year. The staff (speaking also English) explain the details about every portion, the parts of the beef, and you can cook by yourself or they can prepare it for you in front of you. Fancy restaurant, with high prices, but high quality. Definitely recommended! Thank you Prakash for this great dinner
