Visited on Sunday evening. The visit time was early, and the customers were in a charter state with no one other than themselves. (According to the store clerk, this is rarely the case.) Order 4 items including 2 types of special meat, green onion furittan salt, marbled grilled shabu, stewed beef tendon, namul, house salad, rice, and cold noodles. The 4-piece platter includes 4 pieces each of ribs, loin, tomosankaku, and kainomi. The special meat is tomosankaku and kainomi. What surprised me was that all the meat was generously cut thick. The price is close to 5000 yen, which seems high at first glance, but the thick cut is rather cheap with a total of 16 pieces including 8 special meats. The taste was of course delicious, and the way the fat was applied was elegant. The green onion furittan salt was also more delicious than expected. If you eat it lightly grilled on one side with the green onion on the inside, the balance of saltiness and gravy will make you smile. For marbled shabu-shabu, grill each side for 10 seconds each and dip in egg yolk before eating. This is also delicious. Stewed beef tendon is served in a soup pot while simmering. The beef tendon is well cooked, tender and delicious. The soup is salty and different from the usual soy sauce base, but I thought this was also good. I think the namul on the side menu is voluminous and highly satisfying. The house salad is also delicious. The cold noodles that I ordered at the end seemed to be handmade noodles, and the noodles were plump and delicious. It's light, so I think it's good to finish off or rest your chopsticks during a meal. After the meal, they served hot tea. I am grateful for this. The total cost has exceeded 10,000 yen, but I think this price is cheap for this quality. I think I want to go again.

It was my first experience here. I'm surprised that there is such a way to eat it. The price was also relatively reasonable. It's fun to have a new style shop like this.

If you want to have yakiniku in Ekoda, this is the place! ️ I use it at the milestone. In particular, pork feet are the most delicious! ! ! 😋 I'm happy with the pinot that comes out at the end 😊
