I ate beef tongue, offal, short ribs, and loin. The quality of each piece of meat was really good ⚡️ The beef tongue is soft, juicy and easy to eat, and the offal has a fresh texture like squid. The sweet loin is a perfect match between the oil of the meat and the sweetness of the sauce, so you won't be able to stop eating it. What impressed me most was the ribs✨ There are no hard parts, it's not greasy, it's soft, and the flavor spreads throughout your mouth. I should have ordered another plate.
