The quality of the meat is good because it is an Urutora dining type restaurant. There are so many parts of Wagyu beef to choose from that it can be hard to decide which one to order. Among beef tongue products, this is the core of Wagyu beef tongue called Tan Abalone (2,500 yen). This was soft, flavorful, and delicious! I'm grateful for the price, even though it's Wagyu beef tongue. I guess this price is possible because I buy one cow. JYUBEI Yukhoe was also presented in a way I have seen at other restaurants, but it was delicious. Rump meat is also best sliced ​​thickly and grilled to medium-rare. All the meat was fresh and you could feel the flavor of the meat. (For some reason we also had raw oysters, but they were delicious lol) The staff were also polite and friendly. It feels a little expensive in the Gotanda area, but it's a great restaurant if you want to eat plenty of delicious meat at a cheap price!
