Renowned for being able to enjoy branded beef at a reasonable price. I visited [Tadamama Yakiniku Koenji branch]. I visited at 7pm on a weekday, and the store was already busy. Seats filled up fast, and in no time the place was nearly full. The one I ordered this time is said to be the most popular. “Drinkable loin and brand beef tasting course” (¥5,500). There are 12 items in total, and a wide variety of items. Appetizers include an assortment of kimchi and namul, and Korean seaweed. Personally, I liked that the kimchi was made with unusual ingredients such as Japanese yam, celery, and cabbage instead of Chinese cabbage. Especially Japanese yam. I never thought it would be so delicious when made into kimchi! Next was the sashimi platter. I had senmai sashimi and grilled wagyu beef yukhoe. The senmai sashimi is served with vinegar miso. The crunchy texture is addictive. The grilled wagyu beef yukhoe had a sweet sauce that combined with the egg yolk to give it a rich flavor. And I was looking forward to tasting and comparing branded beef. We had Hitachi beef, Olive beef, Tamura beef, and Miyazaki beef. I'm not an expert on meat, but I feel that the quality of the meat is so good that even an amateur can tell. I guess it's because the meat is of good quality that it's not greasy and doesn't lean. There was quite a lot, but I finished it in no time. I was curious about the "drinkable roast". Apparently this restaurant has registered a trademark for this "drinkable loin." The Miyazaki beef rib roast was my favorite of the dishes I received today. It was delivered cut into 4 pieces, but each piece seemed a little large. I thought I might need a knife, but it's so soft that I don't even need a knife. It was the kind of flavor that makes you want to keep the flavor of the meat in your memory forever. Finish with a bite of cold noodles. Not too much, not too little, just the right size. For dessert, I had yuzu sorbet. A refreshing feeling perfect for this hot season.
