All the meat at the restaurant was delicious. I especially liked the liver and loin. I was told that it would be fine if the loin was sliced ​​thinly and only the surface was grilled, so when I told the staff at the store, they would grill it for me. There was also a garlic butter sauce, and it was nice to put it on a wire rack to melt. There is also a manga platter of rice, which is about 2 cups worth of rice.
