After eating a little more than half of it, I poured some konbu soup over it and enjoyed the hitsumabushi. The kelp soup stock is not added from the beginning, but is added just before you eat it. The meat has cooled down a bit, but you can warm it up again by adding the dashi stock. So I was able to eat deliciously till the end.
