Wow, this is by far the very best wagyu bbq restaurant that I have ever been to, better than those in New York and in Tokyo! So we ordered a wagyu platter, a smaller wagyu set, kimchi platter, a bowl of kimchi, and a large rice, all of which came down to only 9350 yen, equivalent to less than 75 dollars for TWO people! The wagyu platter was amazing for it gave us a chance to taste the various delicious cuts of wagyu, and the staff were all so incredibly friendly, kind, quick, and patient (since we didn't speak Japanese). For the price we paid, the quality definitely made it worth every single penny! Matter of fact, we would have been more than happy to have paid double (please don't raise your prices haha)! They also have an all you can drink option for less than 2000 yen, which seems like such an amazing way to spend your weekend evening! Overall, we are EXTREMELY happy with our experience and we will definitely recommend this restaurant to all of our friends! We will come back next time, I promise! Visited in October of 2019. We came here on our first night in Japan. We randomly chose Odawara because of its proximity to Hakone. We didn’t plan anything for that night because we thought we would be exhausted after a long day of travel from Canada. We found this restaurant walking around and it looked really nice and reasonably priced. Staff didn’t speak any English and we didn’t speak any Japanese. But that didn’t stop the staff from trying their best to help us. The meat was delicious and the service excellent. When we left the restaurant the staff came out to say bye. Turned out to be our most memorable meal in 2 weeks in japan. Would suggest this yakiniku to anyone visiting Odawara

Last month, my family and I stopped by a yakiniku restaurant near Odawara Station. A big hit with good taste and customer service. It was my first encounter with a restaurant in a long time that I would like to visit again. This was my second visit and I decided to go there for my husband's birthday. I thought the customer service was really attentive, such as cheering us up when we had a toast, and quickly noticing a fire and bringing ice. The fact that you can order from your table using your mobile phone is also modern and convenient. Of course the meat is delicious, but the stone-grilled cheese bibimbap is the best! There's also a half-size version, so you'll want to eat a little! will come true. Finally, when my husband left his seat at Mitarai, a clerk came. ``Can I serve ice cream to the birthday person? ” When asked, she brought me an ice cream with a candle. I was happy that he seemed to have heard me wishing him a happy birthday during the toast. At the end, he even took me under the stairs to see me off. I'm really glad that I was able to find a recommended restaurant after a long time. Senjiro has the best cost performance! I will go again.
