I made a reservation for the first time and went to Minowa, a yakiniku restaurant that I had been curious about for a long time. There are two table seats inside the store and about six table seats in a small raised area. The first thing that came out was the homemade kimchi, which was mildly spicy but very delicious. On this day, my favorite short ribs were out of stock, so I ordered skirt steak, salted tongue, and kashira. All of the meat is carefully prepared and very easy to eat, and since there is no fat, it won't weigh you down. I was impressed for the first time at a Yakiniku restaurant. If you wrap a large piece of sunny lettuce with meat, kimchi, and gochujang, you will be able to eat it endlessly. The bowl full of vegetable soup didn't have the heavy chicken stock and flavor that you often find at yakiniku restaurants, but it was a healthy soup with a gentle soup and plenty of vegetables. The staff's response was also very good and I had a good impression. I want to come back hungry again next time.

I have been using it for over 30 years 😊 Meat, kimchi, soups and salads are very filling! But conscience price 😊 No matter what you eat, it's delicious! I especially love the targejang soup with chicken and taro stems! Now closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We are open until around 10 pm.
