I think it's a hidden gem in the suburbs. If you want to eat good meat around here, I recommend Eiji. With the exception of cheap chain restaurants, one would expect a yakiniku restaurant to have good quality meat, and expect other services and a full range of side menus. In that sense, the premise is obviously clear, and the food is delicious and won't disappoint. The bowls, cold noodles, and desserts aren't bad either. The interior has a calm atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your meal in a relaxed manner.

The store I was looking for wasn't open, so I stopped by on short notice. Is it okay to read the reviews? That's what I thought when I visited, but it turned out to be nothing special, and the meat was very delicious. For me, it's No. 1 in the Shinmaruko area at the moment. What makes this restaurant special is that there are many cuts of meat available, making it fun to choose from the menu. There were about four kinds of tongue salt alone, and it was so much fun ordering them all and talking about which ones were delicious. The staff at the store were certainly quirky, but I think that's normal in this day and age. There are many parts that I haven't eaten yet, so I would like to go again.

Every time I go, I get really good meat. You can order whatever you like a la carte, but if you ask for a course, it's recommended that you get a variety of parts according to the number of people.
