On this day, I left my hometown and happened to be in Sugita. From Shin-Sugita, I headed towards Sugita to look for a restaurant, but I couldn't find one, so I suddenly remembered that there were many bars along the Keikyu lines, so I crossed the railroad crossing. Then I happened to find this store. It was difficult to enter the store as we didn't know what was going on inside, but one group entered and got a glimpse of the inside, so we instinctively knew this was the place and decided to take the plunge. It was a great answer. Anyway, the meat is delicious. I heard from people nearby that it was delicious even if it wasn't special grade, so I chose special grade this time. I ordered 3 items: tongue salt, short ribs, and offal. And kimchi and sanchu, and of course draft beer. First I tried it with salted tongue and it was delicious. Also, this restaurant has a wide variety of sauces, including sweet ones, vegetables with lots of vegetables, and lemon juice. Then, I ordered makgeolli, which is called kettle at the restaurant, change, short ribs, offal, and additional shirokoro, and enjoyed the meat festival. The meat was really delicious and I was satisfied. It was a great deal as it contained a fair amount of makgeolli. I had a meal that felt like a lonely gourmet meal.
