Along the way, there was not only meat, but also nigiri (grilled sushi) to keep you entertained until the end. The final meal is hitumabushi with tongue. The soup stock also had a good taste and I was able to eat it lightly even after eating a lot of meat. I had beer at first, but the raw makgeolli was easy to drink and very delicious. I chose the Anju course. 5,500 yen plus all-you-can-drink 2,200 yen The course meal starts. I thought it would be a little small, but the meat came out in abundance, and I was full, tipsy, and extremely satisfied. The meat is too delicious. Next time, I thought I would try some delicious meat.

Anju has been wanting to go for a while. I used it for a loved one's birthday. I ordered a course meal for 10,000 yen. The all-you-can-drink plan, where you can choose from the entire drink menu, is also attractive. When I arrived at the restaurant, everything was set out on the table, including kimchi, namul, sauce, and paper napkins, making me feel like I was in a high-end restaurant. First up is sushi. The meat on top of the sushi rice is grilled on a burner right in front of you. Since I was drinking alcohol, I thought about rice first, but the melt-in-your-mouth flavor of the meat didn't feel heavy and I was able to eat two pieces at a time. We received several rare cuts of grilled meat, and an egg yolk was brought to us. Beef sukiyaki style grilled meat. Quickly sear the melt-in-your-mouth meat on a grill and dive into the egg yolk! You'll lose track of time as it melts in your mouth. The sauce is sweet and the egg yolk wraps around the meat and melts together. Chateaubriand roast beef beautifully presented. After all, the wasabi and sauces at this restaurant are also very delicious, so I had it with rock salt and wasabi. The meat is juicy, but it's soft enough that it doesn't hit your mouth. The coarsely chopped wasabi gives it a sharp taste, but it goes through the nose quickly and doesn't interfere with the flavor of the meat at all. Even if the meat is soft and oily, such as tongue, short ribs, or loin, the oil is not persistent, so it leaves your mouth easily and makes you want to eat it again. I want to eat more. It had a taste that made me think. Lastly, the tongue hitsumabushi. Three pieces of tongue on top of a small amount of rice. The food is arranged like a kamakura and then grilled on top. First, wrap the rice with the tongue and take a bite. The rice is a great way to finish off the dish with the aroma of grilled tongue. They serve dashi soup, so for the second bite I poured some dashi soup and enjoyed it lightly. Good soup stock and soft tongue. There's nothing wrong with fluffy rice. I'm completely satisfied! It was the birthday of the person I came with, so I had them bring their own cake. When serving the cake, they added fireworks and even changed the background music to celebrate. They even served coffee to accompany the cake♪ The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces, so I was able to have a pleasant birthday party and the recipient was very satisfied.
