I used it for my birthday celebration. I went on a Sunday afternoon, and perhaps because it was Yakiniku for lunch, it wasn't crowded and I was able to enjoy my meal in a calm atmosphere. This time I made a reservation for the course. Starting with the appetizers, the grilled meat with salt, the meat sushi, and the grilled meat with sauce were all delicious. I've been to Fuji-san several times, and I think this is the place to go when you want to eat ``high-quality meat.'' The atmosphere inside the restaurant is not too intimidating and has a cafe-like atmosphere, so you can casually enjoy high-quality meat. Personally, when I go to a restaurant where I'm really in awe, I don't mind wearing clothes that are too rough...but the yakiniku smells bad...but I don't mind this and just wear casual clothes. No problem! There is also a counter table, so you can enjoy Yakiniku alone while drinking alcohol. (A handsome Tomoya Nagase clerk is cutting the meat at the counter.) As for the meat, I like the special tongue, which is especially delicious. If you just look at the price, it's not cheap, but you'll be impressed when you eat it, so I think it's good value for money! I have probably never eaten such delicious tongue anywhere else. Pepper is one of the condiments that comes out first, so eating it with that makes it even more delicious! There is a wide selection of alcohol on the menu, and since I don't eat much meat, I think it's nice to be able to enjoy alcohol. They also have a wide selection of craft beers and wines, and if you can't decide, the guy at the hall will serve you something to suit your taste! As for craft beer, there seems to be a variety of types, including the popular Space Brewing. I think it's rare to have so many varieties around here. This restaurant is perfect for both meat lovers and alcohol lovers.
