Koshigaya, Saitama, Japan｜Sumibi Yakiniku YAMATO

A popular yakiniku restaurant in Koshigaya that an acquaintance told me about. It's a yakiniku restaurant run by a butcher, so no matter what you order, the quality stands out. Everything was delicious, but personally I was particularly impressed with the taste of the upper tongue salt! Considering the price and meat quality, I think it's pretty good value for money. It's a yakiniku restaurant worth going all the way to Koshigaya.

Visited at a year-end party. It was full of customers, but the store clerk came unexpectedly quickly and the order came relatively early. The special beef tongue was delicious. The store has two floors and there are many seats, and the table like a dining room was overflowing with customers. . . It feels like a store that doesn't look like a store that serves good meat (=o=;) The taste was psycho~☆

I had Kalbi lunch. I think it was probably the upper ribs, but the fat was delicious and I devoured it in no time. I think the 5 pieces of short ribs weighed around 100g, but the satisfaction level was quite high. Refills of rice were free, but the portions were quite large from the beginning, so if you wanted a refill, it would be better to order additional meat. When I visited on Saturday, there was a long wait and I had to leave, but on weekdays it was relatively empty and I was able to enter without waiting.
