Saitama, Japan｜Yakiniku Toraji

No photos to share but the food and service were excellent. Not cheap but well worth the price.

I was inspired to celebrate my birthday. Not only was the meat excellent, but the sauces were so varied that I was able to enjoy them till the end. It's strange that the fruit-heavy sauce has a strong kiwi flavor, but when combined with the meat, it balances out. I guess it's well calculated. It was also good that the store clerk explained various things carefully. What struck me most was the statement that ``They have their own farm in Saitama, and the meat comes from the cows they raise there.'' In other words, Toraji's meat is a specialty of Saitama. is this good! ?
