All seats are raised slightly and the number of seats is small, so it is often full depending on the day of the week, so advance reservations are essential. Compared to other Yamato stores, it's clean and tidy, and even small children are welcome, as you would expect from a suburban store. It seems that they don't have a lot of meat in stock, so if you have a particular part of meat that you want to eat, it's best to ask before you go. The quality of the meat was good, and I was satisfied with the regular ribs. I ate regular (?) tongue and upper tongue (3300 yen), and not only was the upper tongue delicious, but the cheaper one was also surprisingly delicious. The menu is relatively simple, so if you want to order a lot of things, you might not be satisfied with it (if that's the case, the Koshigaya branch has more variety).I think it's a good restaurant where you can bring your kids and eat delicious meat in a beautiful restaurant.

As the reputation suggests, it was very delicious. The Kamishiotan was soft and elastic, which was good. The kimchi was not too spicy and was well aged.
