I don't know what part it comes from, but it's plump, crunchy, and delicious. Drinks were also good. The contents of Grapefruit Sour are lumpy. The soup at the end was also delicious.

This is a restaurant where you can eat fresh Wagyu offal. June was the 1st anniversary, so a special slice of Matsuzaka beef was offered. The chewy texture of the offal and the unique sweetness of wagyu beef are so delicious that you can't even describe it... To be honest, I'd rather have white rice than beer.
