I always passed by on the national highway and was curious, so I went. The inside of the store is simple but has a retro look and atmosphere. There is a large iron plate on the table, and the hormone udon is made in front of you. So, this is a slightly sweet seasoning based on garlic and miso, and the high-quality fat of offal is condensed. I had the upper ribs and onions cooked as well, so it was filling and delicious. The clerk who cooked it was so lively, and his smile was so cute that I was healed! Lunch seemed to be good for one person, so next time I will try lunch.

We have been a favorite since the first day we opened. The exquisite horumon udon served in a bar-style restaurant is truly delicious and will satisfy both your mind and body. We were closed under the state of emergency, but we are very happy and grateful to have reopened. Thank you for your continued support.

Anyway, hormones are huge! The udon noodles are also chewy and delicious! I always enjoy adding half pieces of heart or liver. It goes great with rice and beer! The manager is also cute and awesome! (lol) I can only go once a month, but I will continue to go 🤩
