A rare Hida beef restaurant in Hikone. Therefore, it is recommended for those who don't like the fatness of Omi beef. Needless to say, the expensive meat was very delicious, and the cheap menu meat and hormones were all delicious. On top of that, the volume of the sub-menu is relatively solid and quite amazing. A bowl of rice is around 500 yen, and depending on the person, it might fill you up with just that. I think it's a really good store because it can be luxurious and moderate.

This is probably the best yakiniku restaurant in western Japan. Butchers give priority to the best cuts of Hida beef. The reason is that it is a store that sells that much. If you want to eat meat of this quality in Tokyo, it will probably cost three times as much. You should inquire at least two weeks in advance, as it is almost impossible to make a last-minute reservation.
